before: How to get ready

Please follow these instructions carefully for a maximum of success.

  • Discontinue Vitamin A/Retinol products 1 month prior to treatment
  • Do not have Botox or Fillers 3 weeks before
  • Do not have any type of facial/peel 2 weeks prior to treatment
  • Do not take Fish Oil or Vitamin E 1 week prior (natural blood thinners)
  • Do not go tanning 24-48 hours
  • Do not drink alcohol 24-48 hours
  • Do not work out on the day of your procedure
  • Do not consume coffee on the day of your procedure
  • Do not take Aspirin or Ibuprofen for pain relief on the day of your procedure

  • Electrolysis should not be done for 1 week prior.
  • Do not tint your eyebrows 3 days before the procedure
  • Do not pick/tweeze/wax/perform electrolysis 24-48 hours prior to procedure.

  • Do not dye or perm lashes for 2 days prior.
  • Do not wear contact lens during the procedure or for 24 hours after.
  • Bring sunglasses on the day of your procedure. Eyes may be light sensitive on the way home.
  • Do not use eyelash curler on the day of the procedure.
  • Do not wear eyelash extensions on the day of procedure AND for 2 weeks after.

  • If you get cold sores you may need an antiviral prescription. Please consult your primary care provider.

If you have an allergic reaction, please call us immediately. Your health is important to us and we will remove the lashes, free of charge.

  • Within 48 hours, if you are not happy with your extensions, we will make the corrections free of charge.
  • Past 48 hours, we will charge a mini retouch fee of $35

During the first 48 hours, the extensions are vulnerable because the bonding agent needs time to thoroughly dry and create a strong hold. Please:

  • Do not get them wet.
  • Do not touch or rub them.
  • Do not swim, or use steam rooms, saunas, or extreme heat.
  • Do not use an eyelash curler
  • Do not try to perm or tint them. This will break the bond on the lash extensions and might damage your natural lashes.
  • Do not use an oily make-up remover on the lashes.

AFTER YOUR PERMANENT MAKEUP for brows, eye, lips

BE PATIENT. Your brows will change and reach the final color only after 2 weeks.

In the meantime, we advise:

  • Do not rub, pick or scratch the treated area. Let any scabbing or dry skin naturally exfoliate away. Picking can cause scarring or a loss of color
  • No facials, botox, chemical treatments or micro-dermabrasion for 4 weeks
  • Avoid hot, sweaty exercise for 1 week
  • Avoid direct sun exposure or tanning for 4 weeks after procedure. Wear a hat when outdoors.
  • Avoid heavy sweating and long hot showers for 10 days.
  • Avoid sleeping on your face for 10 days
  • Avoid swimming, lakes, hot tubs for 10 days
  • Avoid topical makeup including sunscreen on the area
